Primary Care Network: A Forced Marriage or Real Relationship?
This episode will feature Dr Mohit Venkataram, Executive Lead for Primary Care at ELFT, in Conversation with Dr Andrew Maurice, GP and Lead Partner for the Middlewood Partnership.
The discussion will explore:
- Are Primary Care Networks (PCNs) about funding mechanism or changing the way we work?
- Can we achieve better care and reduced workload through a PCN?
- What is this new transformed model of care? (E.g. PCN urgent care hub, integrated working, visiting service, rotas, the triage/prioritisation process, prescribing systems, management structure)
These are just some of the key questions the webinar will address on 17 November 2021 at 19:00.
We welcome questions from you in advance to pose to Dr Andrew. Please email your questions>>
