The discussion will explore:

  • Are Primary Care Networks (PCNs) about funding mechanism or changing the way we work?
  • Can we achieve better care and reduced workload through a PCN?
  • What is this new transformed model of care? (E.g. PCN urgent care hub, integrated working, visiting service, rotas, the triage/prioritisation process, prescribing systems, management structure)

These are just some of the key questions the webinar will address on 17 November 2021 at 19:00.

We welcome questions from you in advance to pose to Dr Andrew. Please email your questions>>
