Attendees at a national population health conference will be encouraged to stretch and bend by a health development coordinator from the Trust.
Steve Muggridge has been invited to deliver daily exercise sessions during the four-day online King’s Fund Population Health Conference, which runs from June 28-July 1, 2021.
Steve was invited to record the workouts after completing the last cohort of the King’s Fund leadership in population health.
Everyone attending can take part and the classes are designed for people to complete in work clothes.
“They will be gentle, inclusive and are designed to promote movement and energise participants,” said Steve.
“I am delighted to be involved with a conference which reflects the heart of my work – and that of the Trust – which is improving the population health of the communities we serve.
“Everything in my role reflects the population health approach. I work with mental health inpatients and service users in the community to promote physical health to promote recovery. I love my work.”
