How to Refer

For children, young people, families and carers

As a specialist service, we only accept referrals from a professional – such as a GP, family support practitioner, health visitor, school or college staff, youth worker or social worker.  You can request a referral from any of these professionals.  After receiving a referral from a professional we will contact you by telephone to talk about the referral, this is called Triage.   

If your referrer has requested an assessment for Autistic Spectrum Disorder or Attention Deficit Disorder you will receive forms in the post to be filled in prior to any assessment.
