Docklands Outreach

Docklands Outreach is health and preventative support agency providing practical and therapeutic support to children (3-13 years old) and young (12-25 years old) living in Tower Hamlets, on a range of emotional and mental health difficulties. These can range from low mood, depression, anxiety, self-harm, to young people effected by racism, family difficulties, identity, culture, alcohol or substance misuse

Barnardo’s

Barnardo’s is a mild-moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing service for Children and Young People (10-25 years old). They are able to see CYP in school, home or community and offer time-limited interventions for mild to moderate mental health difficulties

Community center offering free activities and mentoring support to children and young people

School-based Support

Some schools in Tower Hamlets offer school-based counselling and therapeutic support. If you feel comfortable, it may be helpful speaking with a member of school staff about what support is available.

Tower Hamlets Education Well being Service

The THEWS team work with school staff to develop whole school approaches for mentally healthy schools.
