Bedfordshire & Luton

Bedford Self Care Autumn Walking Group

The group is for people accessing the Perinatal Mental Health Service in Bedfordshire & Luton who would like to meet others with similar experiences. The group will focus on wellbeing in daily life.

Dates: Every Wednesday from 12 October 2022

Luton Self Care Autumn Walking Group

The group runs for 1 and a half hours per week on Monday mornings from 9.45 to 11:15am for 4 weeks.

Baby & Me Group

We are a non-judgemental team who run free & fun sessions for parents and babies.

East London

Perinatal Walking Group

This group is for perinatal women/birthing people who have had experience of domestic abuse, to come meet others who understand.

City & Hackney Coffee Morning

Join the C&H Perinatal Coffee Morning which will be held on 15 March, 12 April and 10 May between 10:30 and 12pm.
