At SCYPS, it’s important to us to know when we are getting it right and when there improvements to be made.  It’s even more important for us to hear from our patients!  Below are three methods of feedback:

• GREATIX - this system allows for compliments to be fed directly to a staff member using their email address.  If you do not know their manager email, please use elft.scyps@nhs.net
   
• Patient Reported Experience Measure (PREM) - This system captures your experience of our services.  Please access the short survey and select the service you wish to give feedback
• Care Opinion – This is an open website to capture feedback about NHS services.
