East Ham Care Centre

the East Ham Care Centre lines are down due to a problem with the BT telephone exchange which requires a specialist engineer. IT are being kept updated.

Please see below:-

EHCC Main reception (020 8475 2001) – phone line down (Phone number from 2001 to 2199 are currently effected and cannot receive calls).
Continence lines are down but patients have been advised to call the SPA line.
The Phlebotomy calls are also going through the SPA line.  
All wards are still down with families contacting via emergency mobile numbers (Sally Sherman, Fothergill & Cazaubon).
Neuro and Telehealth lines are not affected.
The SPA line is working.

Please note that the only site now carrying out Dressing Clinics is East Ham Care Centre for complex wound dressing only:

• you must be referred by your GP to access the you service.
• you must have a wound which is too complex for your GP practice to care for.
• you must be able to stand independently  - if you cannot stand the district nurses will care for you at home.
• The clinic provides care Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with 30-minute appointment slots. You will be cared for by a senior nurse.
• There is limited parking for patients who have a disabled blue badge.
• It is expected your care will last 4 weeks.

All patients must make appointments by calling  0208 709 5555.  It is by appointment only.

Patients should have their discharge summary (paperwork) whilst making the booking and bring it with them for their appointments.

• Appleby Centre Canning Town E16
