Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust was formed in October 2019. This followed the merger of 2gether NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Care Service NHS Trust, to provide joined up physical health, mental health and learning disability services. Staff and service users were recruited from 2gether NHS Foundation Trust for the exploratory study in WP2. They are currently being recruited from Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust for the Randomised Controlled Trial in WP4, and will be recruited in future for the Process Evaluation in WP5.

Dr Latha Guruvaiah (Principal Investigator)
Latha is a General Adult Psychiatrist currently working in Gloucester recovery team. She has had previous experience in research and involved in various research projects and has had a few publications. She is really excited about being PI for TACK study. She loves cooking, hiking/walking and spending time with friends and family.
