Trust Board Business Meetings are Open to all Staff and the Public
In line with guidance on fighting the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and in the interests of protecting our service users, patients and staff, we will be holding our Trust Board meetings (in public) virtually using Zoom and members of the public are welcome to join us. The link to the meeting will be published on the website a week prior to the meeting.
Trust Board Meeting Dates 2021/2022
The Trust Board meeting times are changing to the following:
Meeting in public will start at 13:00 and finish at 15:00
Presentation: The ‘lunchtime’ presentation will now become a ‘teatime’ presentation starting at 15:05 to 15:30 as there’ll be a five minute break after the Meeting in Public.

Questions about agenda items must be submitted by 12 noon two days before the meeting to firstname.lastname@example.org Answers will be provided at the meeting, or in writing afterwards, depending on the number of questions and the detail required. Questions and feedback can also be submitted outside of meetings through our normal communication channels.
All papers will continue to be published on our website prior to the meeting date and members of the public are invited to submit questions to the Board in line with the Trust’s normal process by emailing email@example.com
Please note that dates and times may be subject to change, so please check back regularly for updates.
Given the uncertainty as to how long the current restrictions will be required, the position set out above will remain in place until further notice. However, we look forward to welcoming back members of the public to our Board meetings as soon as the necessary steps to limit the transmission of COVID-19 are lifted.
By attending the meeting you are agreeing that you will not record in either video or audio format the meeting in whole or part.
In keeping with ELFT’s values, we ask all participants to respect the Chair and the speakers at the meeting; to listen with interest and an open mind.
- Please log on ten minutes before the start of the meeting if possible to ensure a good connection
- Please keep your microphone on the ‘mute’ setting during the meeting
- The meeting moderators will switch off your video feed to reduce bandwidth. You will still be able to see all active participants
- If you are experiencing technical issues, please feel free to leave the meeting and rejoin.
