Adult Autism Diagnostic Services at East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) provide diagnostic assessments for adults who suspect they are Autistic.

We have 4 Diagnostic Services located for people living in City & Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Luton and Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.

Our offer includes a clinical diagnostic assessment to adults who have not had a previous diagnosis of Autism.
