Earlier this year, we piloted a new way to enable service users to receive, review and make changes to their appointments using Ali, the Virtual Agent.
The pilot has now come to an end, and we have learnt a lot about how a virtual agent can create benefits such as a reduction in DNAs (did not attend) and increased patient experience by enabling our service users to manage their appointments.
What does this mean?
Service users for Dunstable CMHT, SCYPS Newham and Specialist Psychotherapy Service City & Hackney will no longer be able to view, cancel or reschedule appointments, request a change or request a call back via the Virtual Agent.
How do we get our appointment information?
You can check your appointments with the service by contacting them directly. For services which had the ability to schedule appointments via the Virtual Agent, please use the links below to retrieve their contact information.
