What is peer support?
Peer support in a nutshell is about using mental health lived experience to help a person on a recovery journey, helping instilling hope, and empowering them.
The person may have come from the hospital or be out in the community.
To be eligible to complete ELFT's accredited training program you must have mental health lived experience and priority will be given to those who have used ELFT's services.
