For non-urgent advice, including to discuss the support & treatment currently available for potential non-urgent referrals:
- Contact the duty PCL psychiatrist (available from 12 noon-2pm weekdays)
- Contact your practice’s PCL psychiatrist, as you would usually
Email your practice’s PCL psychiatrist, and copy the email to the duty PCL psychiatrist so we can be responsive to your enquiry even if your psychiatrist is unavailable
To make a non-urgent referral
Phone the PCL Referrals duty line from 9am-5pm weekdays, and send a written referral via the electronic referrals system (eRS) to the PCL Referrals Team (formerly called CHAMHRAS) as you would usually.
