ELFT colleagues, partner organisations, service users and carers are invited to hear about how community mental health services in the town are changing through a collaborative approach.
The event is on Thursday May 26, 2022 and will be from 10am-4pm at Venue 360 in Gipsy Lane, Luton.
The day is designed to be interactive and will feature:
-
Presentations by experts by experience, ELFT colleagues and partners;
-
An overview of progress during the last year, including accomplishments of ‘early adopter’ sites;
-
Where the programme wants to get to;
-
Snapshot of discussions around planning for the second year of the programme in Luton.
This pioneering transformation is an ambitious programme of change up to 2023/24, and involves conversations with staff from stakeholder organisations, service users and local citizens to design and test new ways of working, and to help reshape community mental health services enabled by new NHS Long Term Plan investment.
Through workshops, focus groups and localised work in newly-formed ‘blended teams ‘, we aim to coproduce improvements to mental health care based in and around primary care networks (PCNs).
Please reserve your place at the free event by through this EventBrite page.
