Fiona, who began her career at ELFT in 2016 as an Operations Manager at Luton IAPT Service has nearly 30 years of involvement with rugby, both as a player and administrator.
Fiona began playing rugby in 1994 at London Welsh and finishing in 2001 at Wasps FC. She has represented England Select, England A and England Academy.
As well as playing at Wasps, Fiona sat on the Women’s Rugby Committee and became a team manager when Wasps FC Women entered the TP15s.
Recently (2017), Fiona has helped to develop the women’s section of the Barbarian FC, establishing the first Barbarians Women side and has been managing and developing Barbarian Women over the past seven years.
In 2023, Fiona was appointed the first female Committee member of Barbarian FC. She has pledged to ‘ensure greater parity in funding, fixtures and profile for the women’s side.’
