The menopause is a significant part of a women’s life. It can be a challenging period but also life changing. By understanding better the journey a woman may experience during the menopause, you can weather the changes together and step forward positively together. Join us for this informative session ask those unanswered questions. All welcome!
Glow not sweat! Online Tuesday 8 March 3pm
What are the barriers to women and exercise and/or high level sport. By looking back at the history of women’s football and what that tells about women’s sport today? This will be followed by a discussion on the positive changes we can make going forward.
Talking about pregnancy loss Thursday 10 March 11am
Pregnancy loss is something many people experience but often lack the support structure and knowledge to manage their feelings on the experience. This workshop will explain what baby loss is. Is there any support for people experiencing baby loss (if they want it)
