The parade began at Hyde Park Corner, going through Piccadilly Circus to Trafalgar Square and culminating in Whitehall Place. There was an incredible turn out from ELFT colleagues taking part in the march.
Members of ELFT’s LGBTQIA+ Network joined the parade in high spirits, dressed in T-shirts that displayed the words ‘No One Left Behind’. This is a crucial message to display at Pride, as it shows that no matter who you are, your identity matters and you can be your true self. This message really represents the values of ELFT: we care, we respect, we are inclusive.
"The turnout from ELFT staff never ceases to amaze me! I'm so proud of our LGBTQIA+ Network and everything we represent." Richard Harwin, Co-lead of the ELFT LGBTQIA+ Staff Network.
"I found it profoundly moving to be so celebrated by the public and each other at London Pride this year. ELFT's LGBTQIA+ Network turned out in style and demonstrated some exemplary strutting. We at the Network recognise the importance of queer joy and it was a pleasure to have been able to share in that with our members." Tiffer Hutchings, Co-Lead of the ELFT LGBTQIA+ Network
