ELFT and London Borough of Newham, recently hosted a community networking event designed to support the local voluntary sector community groups to help service users, carers and Newham residents to build resilience in these difficult times.
This was the second networking event of this kind with a focus on supporting organisations to meet, learn and share with each other.
The event was attended by voluntary, community and faith sector partners (VCSF), that came together as part of London Borough of Newham's Community of Practice Group.
These partners carry out vital work within the local community, supported with small grants from the London Borough of Newham or ELFT charitable funding streams, with additional training support provided by Compass Wellbeing.
