Stratford’s Vicarage Lane Health Centre will play host to a launch event on Wednesday to celebrate the launch of Newham Talking Therapies’ new employment service, which will be run by Ingeus and funded by the Department for Work and Pensions.
Ingeus is a UK-based employment provider for health programmes, aiming to serve young people by equipping them with training and skills needed for the workforce.
The funding from the UK Government’s Department for Work and Pensions will enable the Talking Therapies team in Newham to provide various employment opportunities for service users known across the borough, so they can become more confident and upskill along their recovery journey.
