The event is open to service users, carers, colleagues and partner organisations from across City & Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Luton, Central Bedfordshire and Bedford.
It is being held from 9.30am-3pm on Friday, September 1 at the Wash Houses, 25 Old Castle Street, Aldgate, East London, E1 7NT.
The conference will showcase the work of People Participation (PP) across different ELFT directorates and services and collaboration between colleagues, service users and carers.
It is being organised by Rose Muchoki, People Participation Lead for Newham.
“The key themes for the event will be to really emphasise the importance of People Participation in supporting people with their personal recovery journey and to engage with colleagues and raise further awareness of how PP can support services to improve their care,” she said.
