Simran Khinder was among guests who accompanied Lady Jane Clifford during a tour of community services in the town on April 21.
Simran shared details of the recovery service, including the Bedfordshire and Luton Recovery College.
The college is free, open to any adults living or working across the county and provides online and face-to-face workshops across Bedfordshire to promote wellbeing and mental health recovery.
The High Sheriff visited Wardown Park arboretum, Penrose Roots to Recovery and the Hat Factory.
She also planted a tree as part of The Queen’s Green Canopy, a unique tree-planting initiative created to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022.
“It was an absolute pleasure meeting the High Sheriff, who was incredibly interested to learn about the recovery college offer,” said Simran.
