The event was held in Luton on Tuesday (Nov 22) and was an opportunity to reflect on a year of co-production across services as part of a shared commitment to continuous improvement.
It featured 22 presentations and stories from WTG members..
ELFT Acting Chair Eileen Taylor was among the guests and described how the away day provided ‘a lifetime of inspiration in just the first hour’.
Chief Executive Paul Calaminus also took part in the away day.
“The away day was an opportunity for all of our incredible WTG members to pause and consider just how much they have achieved over the last 12 months,” said Millie Smith, Head of People Participation.
“Some of the ideas discussed for the next year were also incredible. We are very fortunate as a Trust to have such engaged service users and carers willing to share their time and expertise in helping us develop and improve care.”
