The Trust’s People Participation team, which comprises of those with lived experiences of using our services, has create a new survey to gather information about the support people seek during times of crisis.
By better understanding people’s needs and requirements, the Trust will be able to develop more effective support systems and resources for individual needs.
The survey itself consists of questions about your experiences, preferences and areas you find most helpful during and after a crisis.

All responses to the survey will remain fully confidential and anonymous, and it will close on Friday, 2nd August 2024.
