SSNT work closely with hospital teams to ensure they order the equipment that a child will need to continue their care in the community. Sometimes our warehouse may not stock the equipment needed but we can request this to be ordered and stocked with advance planning from NHS Supply Chain. Our service operates a contract to obtain supplies/equipment for families we look after with a company called Enabled Living Healthcare.
Once a child is accepted onto our caseload, we will open an account with ELMS and order supplies required for school e.g. syringes, extensions for enteral supplies, en-plugs, nebulisers, catheters for suctioning etc. These supplies will be placed on a regular order that will be delivered to the child's home address. Parents can check the status of the delivery by calling the office number below. Parents can arrange a collection from the warehouse directly if they need urgent equipment by calling the number below.
Any new equipment required will need to be requested by a Health Care Professional.
If you are a parent and need to get in touch with the company please call: 02033732222
