Better Days for BLMK, which is an ELFT-run CAMHS project for children and young people in Bedfordshire, is organising various events and workshops to coincide with Children's Mental Health Week.

Over the next week, the East London Discovery College will be holding various taster sessions for young people. The aim will be to support them in coping with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, anger management and emotional resilience.

Newham Council is supporting Children’s Mental Health Week by helping to coordinate a number of dedicated workshops aimed at improving wellbeing. Parents, carers and professionals are also being invited to sessions, aimed at equipping them with the knowledge, skills and confidence to support their loved ones.

Join an in-person event on Monday, 5th February from 17:00-18:30 at York House, hosted by Newham CAMHS. For those unable to join, there will be an online event on Tuesday, 6th February, 17:00-18:30 via Zoom.

On Wednesday, 7th February at 17:00-18:30, City & Hackney CAMHS will be holding a People Participation party at Homerton Row.

Spread the word to all young people, parents and carers across our London boroughs who are accessing CAMHS, and encourage them to come along! There will be games and plenty of refreshments.
