Bedfordshire Older People’s Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHT)

The aim of the service is to help individuals with functional mental health disorders to be supported in their place of residence (own home, care/nursing home, extra care) by people they are familiar with. 

The service will offer support to optimise the health and wellbeing of patients, enabling them to return to their full potential in their day-to-day life. 

The team will provide advice, specialist consultation, joint working and evidence-based interventions for people aged 65 and over with functional mental health issues who require urgent and intensive support in the form of psychiatric and psychological treatment.
