Clozapine Clinic - North

The Clozapine clinic is for service users who have been prescribed the drug Clozapine.

A clinic nurse provides mental health and physical health assessment, monitoring and support.

Teaching/education on the use of Clozapine is available for Trust staff/carers/users (Wednesday/Thursday).
