NTP also offers a homeless and vulnerable outreach service.

The aim of this service is to provide a comprehensive health screening programme to support the homeless and vulnerable population in and around Newham to engage with their own health issues and most importantly the opportunity of registering with a GP. Several outreach nursing and GP clinics are held at venues across Newham that are most frequently attended by the homeless and vulnerable population, some of these locations include soup kitchens, probation hostels, temporary accommodation and many more.
