Ruby Triage Ward (Newham)

A 15-bed triage ward which is the single point of admission for all people requiring admission to acute mental health inpatient care in Newham.

The ward is the first stop for all service users admitted to the unit where they will undergo initial assessment and monitoring.

They will then be transferred to another ward or discharged to another service appropriate to their needs.

The ward has separate male and female sleeping areas, and communal areas.
