At ELFT, we have access to the Oxleas AHP Preceptorship Programme. Oxleas created and facilitate the nationally recognised Allied Health Professionals Preceptorship Programme. 

Preceptorships aim to provide support and structure for professionals who are new to a role in during a career transition, newly qualified, return to practice, and international recruit to help build confidence.
