Learning and Development

You will find everything you need to know about training and development in the Trust at your fingertips in this section.

During your time at ELFT, we want to support you to grow and develop your skills as a lifelong learner. We have a range of online courses that you can do from any computer, as well as workshops and interactive learning sessions held at sites across the Trust.

You will also need to undertake essential annual training and refresher training. This will depend on your role. You can discuss this with your manager in your appraisal and also identify the training you wish to undertake to enhance or develop your skills.
