If you’re somebody who has experienced (or is experiencing) mental health difficulties, it’s time to access the support you deserve.
With the start of the New Year, take this opportunity to learn more about our Talking Therapies services which can help you to gain confidence and take control of the issues you’re facing.
What is Talking Therapies?
This is a service aimed for people aged 18+ and are experiencing common mental health problems, including depression and anxiety. The service offers Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) as well as a range of different therapy modalities – either via individual or group sessions.
One of the service’s offerings is a wellbeing webinar for anybody who feels they could benefit from taking a first step to address their issues. These are pre-recorded, and can be easily accessed at a suitable time.
