Specialist Children and Young People’s Service (SCYPS) in Newham have received unprecedented investment to increase our overall workforce by one quarter. This is an especially exciting time in our Occupational Therapy Team and Speech and Language Therapy Teams where we are doubling the workforce. We will also be increasing our Community Nursing Services to extended hours and weekends to support the needs of the children in the borough.
