Deputy Director of Estates, Facilities, and Capital Development (He/Him/His)
As Deputy Director, Frank supports David and leads the day-to-day operations of the estates directorate.

Adam Fahn
Assistant Director of Estates – Facilities Management (He/Him/His)
Adam leads the facilities management function for the trust. This includes management of the Facilities managers and officers, contract governance for soft services covering cleaning, patient nutrition and hydration (catering), equipment and furniture, landscaping, and safety, health, and environmental standards within the Estate directorate.

Adam Toll
Assistant Director of Estates - Sustainability & Net Zero Carbon (He/Him/His)
Adam is part of the Green Team who are responsible for leading the Trust’s approach to sustainable development and our commitment to carbon reduction and carbon neutrality target of net zero by 2040. This includes sustainable and active travel, environmental legal compliance, sustainable design and construction, environmental management systems, energy and water management, and waste management. John Tindell
Assistant Director of Estates - Fire Safety 
John leads the Fire Safety team and is responsible for all matters relating to fire safety, prevention, investigation, and training. For information on the ELFT Fire Safety Policy, please see the link under Policies & Procedures.

Abdul leads the Property Team and is responsible for managing the property portfolio, estates contracts, landlord & tenant, and legal property matters for the Trust.

Bevan Speariett
Assistant Director of Estates - Engineering, Infrastructure, and Fabric (He/Him/His)
Bevan leads the Engineering, Infrastructure, and Fabric team. Bevan’s responsibilities include Engineering and Asset Compliance, Backlog Maintenance, the Estates PMO function, the ELFT facilities helpdesk and the management of the Trust’s engineering suppliers.

• F2 Schedule of Accommodation template (To be forwarded in conjunction with Request for Space Form F1, above)
• Initial Capital Project Request Form (By completing this form Estates can provide you with an outline assessment as to the viability of your project idea. )
