If you are a professional and would like to make a referral to our service, please email elft.btt-hcp@nhs.net.
Please include the reason for the referral, full name, NHS number and contact details of your patient.

Self Referral Form
Please enter and submit your information in our referral form. Once we receive your details we will contact you to arrange your first talking therapies session.

You can speak to us via phone on 01234 880400 or email us on elft.bedfordshiretalkingtherapies@nhs.net . We are open Monday to Friday 9am–5pm.
Talk to your GP
Your GP can offer advice and complete a referral on your behalf.
