In addition, we are committed to working closely with our wider stakeholders, including colleagues from Primary Care, Education, and Social Care as well as colleagues in the Police, Youth Justice
Services and Early Help Services and our colleagues in the two Integrated Care Systems that we are part of. Key to our success is ensuring we are all working together with the shared ambition of improving outcomes for children and young people and making sure that children and young people and their families are at the centre of our thinking. East London Foundation Trust (ELFT) is the lead provider for the Collaborative.
NHSE has delegated responsibility to ELFT to commission adolescent inpatient care services for Children and Young People aged 13 – 18 years, living in North and North-East London; and lead on the planning, quality oversight, and improvement of services for this population.
