The Community Learning Disability Service is a team of health staff and social workers who assess and support people who live in Tower Hamlets with a learning disability, their families and carers.
The Community Tracheostomy Service in Tower Hamlets works in partnership with all community teams, primary care services and secondary care partners to offer specialist treatment and advise with regard to the altered airway.
