If you are a young person (or a parent) that attends one of our schools, we strongly recommend that you talk to a staff member at your school to discuss filling the referral out. Each of our schools meet with us regularly and are well placed to support you in your wellbeing. You can also have your healthcare provider fill this out. If you are a young person who is 16+ and attends one of our schools, you can also directly refer to us yourself using the self-referral form.

If you are staff and would like to use our counselling service, you can contact our Delivery Partner, Step Forward, directly by clicking here and following the information on the page.
