We are here to help your students who may be having a difficult time. We work with you to provide the Whole School Approach and in identifying young people who may need our support. We also recognise the stresses this puts upon staff and are available to provide staff reflection spaces and counselling.

Statutory Mental Health Services

Tower Hamlets CAMHS

The Tower Hamlets Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (known as CAMHS) offers assessment, help and support to children, young people, and their families who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or mental health difficulties.

Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies

A service that provides psychological treatments for mental and emotional problems like stress, anxiety and depression.  

Special Educational Needs and Disability Services

Phoenix Outreach

Providing effective support for autistic pupils aged 3 to 19 in mainstream schools across the borough of Tower Hamlets.

Ability Bow

Ability Bow is a charity providing specialist exercise support for people living with disabilities or complex health conditions. 

Special Educational Needs and Disability Information Advice and Support Services (SENDIASS)

Offers Information, advice and support for parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This service also works directly with young people. 

Tower Hamlets Sensory Support Service for Children and Young People

Providing a range of support for babies, children and young people diagnosed with sensory impairment, including those with additional and complex needs. 

Educational Psychology Service (EPS)

The EPS supports the development and learning of children, adolescents and young people aged 0-25. 

Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessment Service (ASDAS)

ASDAS is a multi-disciplinary team providing evidence-based assessment for children and young people aged 0-19 with suspected autism spectrum disorder.

Compass Safe East

A free, confidential health and wellbeing service for children and young people who need support around drug and alcohol use and/or sexual health.

Health Spot

A Free GP service for young people aged 11-19 at the Langdon Park Spotlight Youth Centre

All East

A service providing free and confidential sexual health services at their centres across east London, providing everything from sexual health screenings (including HIV testing) to contraception services.

Youth Centres

Spotlight

Spotlight has 5 youth centres across Tower Hamlets, offering sessions in arts, music and sport in addition to youth empowerment activities, work pathways and much more.

Limehouse and St Andrew’s Wharf Youth Centres

Two youth centres run by Sporting Foundation providing free, safe and friendly places for young people to chill out, take part in activities and access support.

Osmani Trust Youth Club

A space allowing young people aged 12 to 19 to meet in a comfortable and safe setting with friends, access one-to-one support with youth workers and participate in high quality workshops and activities.

Strengthening Familes, Strengthening Communities (SFSC)

An inclusive evidence-based parenting programme, designed to promote protective factors which are associated with good parenting and better outcomes for children.

Triple P Parenting Programme

This 8-week, parenting programme is suitable for parents and carers of children 2-8 years and available free to all Tower Hamlets parents / carers

Parent’s Emotional First Aid (EFA)

The Emotional First Aid (EFA) course increases parents’ understanding of mental well-being and the impact of their emotional health on their children and young people.

Speakeasy

The Speakeasy course is fun and informal and provides a friendly environment where parents and carers can learn together, building on what they already know, as well as gaining new information and ideas for how to talk to their children.
