ELFT Partner Apps
Tower Hamlets Education Wellbeing Service and the East London Foundation Trust work alongside partners who have developed a digital offering to support young people in our borough.
Lumi Nova
East London NHS Foundation Trust have partnered with BFB Labs to offer free access to Lumi Nova; a best-in-class (MHRA-registered and NICE-recommended) digital therapeutic intervention to enable timely support for childhood anxiety. It comes in the format of a personalised digital therapeutic game co-designed with children, parents, NHS clinicians, and experts in mental health, human-centred design, and digital technology.
Lumi Nova provides a fun, self-guided, interactive game experience to effectively overcome childhood anxiety. It is designed with 7–12 year-olds in mind, but it equips all young minds with life-long skills to deal with worries and stresses. It’s super easy to use and can be accessed on-demand 24/7 from the comfort of a child’s home.
If you would like to use the app, please follow the link below and then select ‘Tower Hamlets’ if your child attends a school in the borough. When registering, you will be asked for a reference. Please indicate that you heard about it from the website and which school your child attends.
Kooth
Kooth is a free, safe and anonymous online wellbeing service for children and young people aged 11-25. Young people using the site are able to access a range of support services including one-to-one counselling sessions, discussing issues with their peers through online discussion boards, reading and contributing to self-help content and recording their feelings via journals and goal trackers. The online nature of Kooth means that young people can access help in a way that is most suitable for them, at a time that is convenient for them, 365 days of the year.
